About Us

From humble beginnings...

Crafted American Cuisine. Over 140 varieties of whiskey. 80 types of craft beer. HopScotch Tavern is Downtown Fullerton’s newest destination for a quality dining experience.

Located in the historic Pacific Electric Railway station, HopScotch Tavern offers the feel of a rustic lodge. From the moment you step in the door, the inviting atmosphere puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. Visitors can notice unique details throughout the building, from the bar crafted out of reclaimed whiskey barrels to the historic photos on the walls.

The building features two patios- the main patio toward the back of the building, and the Cigar Patio located adjacent to Commonwealth Avenue.

HopScotch Tavern is open from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and offers Lunch and Dinner daily, as well as cooked-to-order Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Crafted to your Taste

Featuring a wide variety of handcrafted cocktails, HopScotch Tavern uses syrups and mixes created in-house. Additionally, over 140 types of small batch whiskey are available, including brands from the United States, India, Germany, and Ireland, as well as and more than 75 craft beers. Featured breweries include Stone Brewing Co., The Bruery, Deschutes, and Lagunitas, to name a few. Speciality cocktails are crafted with care, using the freshest and finest in ingredients. All bartenders are trained to the highest standards, and collaborate on our seasonal and special-event beverage offerings.
